Position: Maintenance Planning Officer - Civil

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Planning Officer - Civil, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans for our company's civil projects. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of maintenance projects and providing regular updates to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for civil projects, in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
- Monitor the progress of maintenance projects and provide regular updates to the management team
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Prepare cost estimates for maintenance projects and ensure that they are within budget
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenses
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in maintenance processes
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for maintenance services and materials
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Participate in meetings and provide input on maintenance planning and strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning for civil projects
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance planning software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
