We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance team based out of our King St, New Zealand site!

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Create and deliver overhaul work plans, coordinating with engineering planning/scheduling to meet outage windows and complete overhauls.
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs; arrange and oversee corrective maintenance as required.
Lead asset performance data and KPI collection/analysis to identify issues and drive reliability and improvement plans.
Implement and embed management system requirements within Engineering activities and ways of working.
Deliver continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and line-efficiency improvements in partnership with operations.
Conduct breakdown/downtime analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat failures and improve availability.
Own maintenance budget accountability, including estimates, extensions, and allocation of time and resources with maintenance and production teams.
Forecast, manage, and govern Work Order Management systems, annual maintenance planning/execution, and stakeholder/meeting engagement.
About you:
Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with production, engineering, and management teams.
Proven ability to plan and prioritise work, managing competing demands to meet deadlines.
Capable of working to budget commitments and supporting cost control.
Analytical skills to interpret maintenance/asset data, prepare clear reports, and support preventive maintenance program development.
Confident computer skills and general digital literacy.
Strong Microsoft Excel capability (e.g., data handling, reporting, tracking).
CMMS experience (Mainpac preferred), including work order and maintenance planning processes.
Relevant trade qualification(s) and hands-on maintenance experience, with full New Zealand working rights.
