The Opportunity
This role plays a critical part in keeping our operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. As a Maintenance Planner & Facilities Lead, you will connect strategy to execution—turning maintenance needs into well‑planned, well‑sequenced work that reduces downtime and supports operational excellence.
You will partner closely with maintenance, production, and facility teams to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are thoughtfully planned and executed. Beyond scheduling, this role has real influence: improving asset reliability, strengthening safety practices, and driving continuous improvement across maintenance and facility workflows.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Build detailed job plans, including labor, materials, tools, and safety steps.
Manage and prioritize work orders in partnership with operations and maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate data, histories, and documentation within the CMMS.
Coordinate parts, materials, and external services to support planned work.
Support facility repairs, upgrades, and utilities management.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and reliability opportunities.
Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Background
5–10+ years of experience in maintenance planning, facilities, or industrial maintenance.
Experience using CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, Fix, or Maintenance
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
Strong organizational, communication, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards such as OSHA and NFPA.
