Extended Health & Dental What You’ll DoPlanning & Scheduling: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring efficient workflows and minimal operational interruptions.

Systems Management: Manage CMMS/EAM systems, maintain accurate records, and implement best practices for maintenance processes.

Team Leadership: Lead and support tradespeople, fostering productivity, safety, and effective communication across teams.

Resource Coordination: Organize tools, materials, and contractors; develop job scopes, estimates, and schedules to meet operational needs.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze data, monitor performance, and drive improvements in maintenance efficiency, cost savings, and compliance. Qualifications & Experience: Hold a post-secondary technical degree or trade certification, with 3–5 years of relevant maintenance planning experience and understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance processes.
