Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities
  • Build and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules aligned with production priorities and business requirements
  • Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, reliability, operational impact, and business needs
  • Manage maintenance backlogs and ensure work orders are properly scoped, classified, planned, and scheduled before execution
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts, materials, tools, and external services
  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and maintenance performance
  • Analyze maintenance history, equipment data, and key performance indicators to optimize maintenance strategies
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities associated with shutdowns, major overhauls, and engineering projects
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records within SAP and ensure proper work order closure, documentation, and cost allocation

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, reliability, or maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in food manufacturing, food ingredients, chemical, or process manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies
  • Experience planning maintenance activities, shutdowns, and equipment overhauls
  • Knowledge of reliability principles, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferred
  • Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, or reliability improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of spare parts management, inventory optimization, and maintenance materials planning
  • Experience working in highly regulated food, ingredients, or chemical manufacturing environments
