Responsibilities

  • As a scheduler, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by ensuring all work is coordinated on a weekly basis across all shifts in maintenance.
  • This will be done through SAP, and it is your responsibility to work closely with the ops team and parts coordinator to schedule the assigned work to the mechanics.
  • Keep track of mechanics kronos vs SAP labor utilization
  • Scheduling down day work for mechanics in conjunction with the ops team
  • Creating & scheduling weekly pm’s and work orders to mechanics
  • Reporting weekly completion rate of pm’s for all mechanics
  • Working close with part coordinator on kitting and assigning work
  • Validate PM program for effectiveness
  • Provide backup coverage for parts coordinator

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,500 - $80,600.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • College degree preferred
  • SAP knowledge for work scheduling and inventory control
  • Ability to work flexible schedule as needed
  • Ability to detail plan and schedule internal resources and contractors necessary to complete the required work
  • Able to define and articulate plans and scope; schedule, set goals, determine priorities, and meet target dates
  • Ability to get along with all groups of people to drive results
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension required to create and complete work orders, notes, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others, effective coaching, leading a team-based approach to decision-making
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
