• Apoiar o gestor de equipamentos e ferramentas nas atividades gerais de planeamento de manutenção
• Ser responsável pela gestão de dados mestre (SAP EAM)
• Configurar e gerir as atividades de manutenção preventiva (SAP EAM)
• Assegurar a administração global do sistema e atuar como key user da fábrica
• Implementar a estratégia de manutenção autónoma em colaboração com o departamento de produção
• Recolher todos os pedidos e ordens de manutenção futuras e integrá‑los no planeamento contínuo de manutenção
• Monitorizar e planear os recursos de manutenção
• Gerir a preparação para auditorias
• Gerir os dados de performance relevantes para os relatórios de manutenção
• Planear e coordenar frequentemente a execução da manutenção em alinhamento com os departamentos de produção e logística
• Monitorizar e analisar os dados de manutenção para identificar fragilidades e oportunidades de otimização
