The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of ‘ Maintenance Planner | Μηχανικός Σχεδιασμού’, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Open Pit Mobile Maintenance Manager of the Open Pit Mobile Maintenance, based in Skouries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP S/4HANA to perform planning workflow functions in accordance with the Eldorado Asset Management System.
• Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance tactics are kept updated, including PM activities, parts inventory and associated work instructions.
• Perform field level job scoping, including job safety analysis, work steps, parts identification, tooling and resourcing.
• Carry out maintenance planning and scheduling processes for the mobile equipment.
• Schedule resources, labor, materials, and plant access for preventative, planned and emergent maintenance works.
• Coordinate with the procurement and supply departments for the timely arrival of all inventories, direct order materials and equipment
• Contribute to the review, development and implementation of systems, processes and procedures that identify improvements to equipment performance and overall sustainability of equipment life cycle.
• Plan major jobs and component change activities using project management software, if required.
• Coordinate external resources and ensure contracts readiness for routine maintenance and shutdowns.
• Participate in the weekly/schedule coordination meetings and present the weekly schedule of workable maintenance jobs from the backlog.
• Assist in development of long-range asset management schedules and budgets.
• Prepare forecasts for future asset management activities on a weekly, mid- and long-term rolling basis.
• Interface with OEMs, Vendors and Contractors on non-commercial related issues.
• Communicate key asset management performance indicators as well as the companies’ KPIs.
• Contribute to and/or prepare periodic and activity-based reports.

Requirements:

• Technical or Vocational Diploma in Engineering or related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in quarrying or mining operations
• Experience using Asset management/maintenance modules of an ERP, ideally SAP.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar
• Sound knowledge of maintenance planning philosophies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Committed to safety and continuous improvement
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Driving License
