Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Job Shift: DayHarbor Child Care is looking for a maintenance person to join the HCC Team.
Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

Responsibilities
- General handy person work
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance
- Lawn care, leaf and snow removal
- Report major damages to CFO
- Changing light bulbs
- Minor plumbing and drain clearing
- Transportation of supplies
- Light painting
- Putting together classroom furniture
- Assist custodian where needed
- Fill in for custodian as needed. Includes:
- - Maintain building entrances
- - Prepare or maintain building for the day by taking out trash
- - Undertake custodial and janitorial tasks
- Assist with other tasks as assigned and needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Clean drivers license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects and operating machinery and or tools.
