In this role, you'll:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Maintenance Officer to support depot operations through effective procurement, administration, and planning coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day to day depot function with a strong focus on data analysis, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with depot staff and management, providing support across procurement systems, financial reconciliation, records management, and audit preparation. This is a dynamic, fast paced role with the opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and safety outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver procurement support across internal systems
• Analyse data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies
• Support records management, audits, and reporting
• Manage PPE and uniform ordering and tracking
• Reconcile invoices and financial payments
• Assist with planning and admin functions as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture
This is an on-site role in Hornsby Network Base.

About you:
• Experience in procurement, admin, or similar environments
• Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
• Highly organised, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines
• Confident using Microsoft Office and management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• NSW Class C driver’s licence (preferred)
