About the Opportunity

As a Maintenance Officer, you will assist with daily maintenance requirements at our Inverloch Resort. You will work on the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the resort covering a wide range of tasks such as general Hotel room & Food and Beverage outlet maintenance, Aquatic and Plant room upkeep, admin work, painting, cleaning and repairs to furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • A can-do attitude and a positive and flexible approach to your work.

  • Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel OR resort environment is ideal

  • Experience in dealing with aquatic maintenance highly regarded

  • Effective communication and time management skills.

  • A solid understanding of OH&S policies and procedures.

  • Full, unrestricted, and ongoing working rights in Australia.

A trade qualification is desired, however not essential. Experience in a similar role will be considered advantageous.

This is a Permanent Full Time position. Availability between 7am – 8pm across 7 day roster is essential.
