
Maintenance Worker
Technical training in building maintenance is preferred.
Ability to perform general maintenance tasks (i.e., electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, and painting).
Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints related to equipment and systems using a variety of tools, plan work and maintenance schedules.
Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Problem solves and use of project management principles.
Work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
Has a solid understanding of the Health and Safety Act.
Three to five years relevant experience and/or knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems.
