1. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

A. Maintain and keep all plant equipment operational

B. Troubleshoot and repair all to maintain productivity on a day-to-day basis

i. Controls
ii. Pneumatics
iii. Hydraulics

C. Must Possess documented Mill Wright training

D. Maintain and monitor proper safe operations of all equipment

i. Cycle start buttons
ii. Emergency stop buttons
iii. Light curtains
iv. Lock out procedures

E. Maintain safe working habits

i. O.H.S.A.
ii. W.H.M.I.S.
iii. Safety glasses
iv. Safety shoes
v. Proper lockout procedures
vi. Use of proper safety harnesses or safety chains when using any lifting devices

F. Maintain all equipment through preventative maintenance procedures to ensure

i. Safety
ii. Quality in productivity
iii. Reliability
iv. Long equipment life

G. Reporting all day-to-day activities to supervisor

i. Daily log sheet
ii. Preventative maintenance activities

H. Updating all related documentation

I. Ensure good housekeeping is kept up on the plant floor

i. Maintenance area
ii. Maintenance equipment & machinery
iii. And all other areas that you work in must be cleaned when you are finished

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess Mill Wright trade certification
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Fulfill all IATF16949/ISO14001 procedure/work instruction training
