of Job:

The Maintenance & Mechanical Trades Intern will gain hands-on experience across a variety of commercial and industrial job sites throughout the West Tennessee area. This internship is designed to provide exposure to multiple skilled trades, including general maintenance, HVAC, and mechanical services, while working alongside experienced technicians and field leaders. Interns will assist with day-to-day service work, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and special projects for a wide range of customers.

Education and Experience:

• No prior experience required
• Currently pursuing or interested in pursuing a trade school certification, technical program, or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Interest in skilled trades, mechanical work, construction, or HVAC services
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer locations
