Position:
Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor
Scope of work:
The Supervisor will work under the direction of the Vehicle Management Manager or designated alternate.
The Supervisor will ensure that all necessary labor and personnel are provided to provide Vehicle Management capabilities. Provide their personnel with the appropriate Job Safety Training to perform vehicle management capabilities. The contractor shall work with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Point of Contact (POC) to resolve work conflicts
Supervisor will ensure fleet accountability, conducting fleet management/maintenance analysis, oversight and scheduling of vehicle preventative maintenance/special inspection schedules and establish and manage the Vehicle Control Program (VCP)
Requirements:
Personnel must possess or be able to obtain a favorable security clearance before the start of work.
A civilian driver's license is required.
3 years' experience or equivalent training as a Maintenance Supervisor
Will have experience in FM&A and DPAS operation and/or similar/related accounting systems and procedures.
Account for all parts by entering data into DPAS.
Be familiar with and use the US Air Force Green Procurement Program.
Ability to manually lift equipment and components weighing 20 to 60 pounds. Occasionally, will manually lift items weighing 75 pounds and, with the assistance of other workers or with lifting devices, over 100 pounds.
Preferred:
Have experience in managing base fleet service credit cards.
Basing & Logistics Analytics Data Environment (BLADE) Transaction Request Tool (TRT) experience.
