Job Overview

Performs routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s) including physical building(s), process, and support equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Perform corrective maintenance.
  • Preparation of corrective maintenance reports.
  • Performing preventive maintenance.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance reports.
  • Participation in the definition of spare parts by ensuring the declaration of their use (active participation in the management of PDRs).
  • Provide technical support and training to the production team and any other entity as needed.. Active participation in the continuous improvement process.
  • Participation in the improvement of the documentation and the maintenance procedure, the ranges of preventive maintenance.
  • Execution of action plans aimed at improving the availability of equipment and work tools.
  • Ensure compliance with 5S+1 standards in the maintenance workshops and the production fleet and ensure proper preservation of the means and work tools made available to them.
  • Ensure and participate in the installation of new equipment and processes.
  • Any other skills that may be deemed necessary must be modified and added to the versatility matrix.
  • The requirements and standards of TE Connectivity and its bases (quality management ISO 9001 / and specific customer requirements, environmental management DIN EN ISO 14001, industrial safety guidelines OHSAS 18001) are observed and implemented.
  • All special tasks assigned to him due to his experience and level of knowledge are carried out in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Know the different H&S risks and environmental aspects related to the activity under your responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with the EHS instructions of your staff (wearing PPE, compliance with product MSDS, use of appropriate devices and equipment, etc.)
  • Follow legal and site EHS policies, rules and instructions to avoid any OHS risks or reduce environmental impacts.

What your background should look like

Educational Degree : Bac +2: Specialized technician

Professional Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial environment in maintenance service

Special Qualifications,Knowledge & Skills :

Priority 1: Electrical and electronic diagnostics. Diagnosis of pneumatic and hydraulic circuits. Electrical tester. Automatic crimping. Manual crimping. Preventive maintenance. Corrective maintenance. Ultrasonic welding. Plastic injection. Flexibility and team spirit. Operational understanding of ISO 50001; Detection and reporting of energy deviations

Priority 2: SAP Spare parts management.

Languages : French, English is preferred
