As the Maintenance Mechanic II, you will work directly with our talented Maintenance team to ensure the optimal functionality of our industrial equipment through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. The Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair a wide range of industrial equipment, including conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, presses, kilns, automated systems, mobile equipment, and pumps. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is located onsite in Spokane, WA. Our culture thrives on professional development, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within the organization. This is an hourly position (starting off on the day shift, 6:30am - 3:00pm, with the ability to work alternative shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime) and pays $28-$35 depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and generous stock options.
