Doncasters Storms Forge is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Springfield, MA. The expected hours for this position are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $24.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will help ensure our production equipment and facility operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will perform hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
You will also collaborate with multiple departments across the site to identify equipment issues, minimize downtime, and keep machinery operating at full capacity.
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

3 years previous experience in a similar role.
Ideally you will have completed an Advanced Apprenticeship or HNC equivalent in in Electrical engineering with a good PLC knowledge in programming, fault finding and diagnosis.
