What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and restore equipment to operating condition efficiently
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and schematics to execute repairs accurately
• Follow safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with site teams

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated capability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
• Skill in using hand and power tools relevant to mechanical maintenance tasks
• Reliable, detail focused, and adaptable to changing operational needs

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• ⁠Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $35.69 to $35.69 per hour
