The Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on air handlers, pumps, AC equipment, heating equipment, air compressor, and exhaust fans within a large facility in the Laurel, MD area. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 to 2:30 pm or 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must be flexible.

Responsibilities

Complete Building Services is adding an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Laurel, MD. You will be supporting a large government site. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or 7:00 to 3:30 pm. The salary is $30-$35 per hour based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3 years experience
• Universal CFC License
• General knowledge of building system operations
• Must be reliable
