Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected versatile team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. If you are a creative problem-solver who perseveres through challenging equipment repairs, or is willing to learn, we want to talk with you.

What You’ll Get:

$2,500 Sign On Bonus

  • Competitive wages based on experience
  • Non-Production/Preventative Maintenance Sesaon (~November - May): Four 10 Hours Shfits, Monday - Thursday (Days)
  • Production Season (~June - November) 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 2 days off rotating schedule (2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do:

  • Repair and maintain a wide variety of food processing machinery and conveyers
  • Work with fabrication, installation of equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Assist with maintaining product flow through the plant as needed
  • Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies, procedures, and training requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred
  • Prior welding experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn/enhance skills through on the job training
  • Strong work ethic
  • Safety mindset
