Maintenance Mechanic

Job Responsibilities

• Performs tool work and plans mechanical updates on plant equipment, troubleshoots plant equipment, and keeps up assigned work orders.
• Performing precise tool work on secondary equipment, using prints.
• Troubleshooting machinery with/without the use of control prints.
• Designs and installs simple air and fluid system modifications and updates prints (where applicable).
• Calibrates systems and machine controllers.
• Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic prints
• Experience working in the manufacturing environment
• Ability to obtain a hi-lo license
• 2-4 years of on the job mechanical/industrial training
