As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will s upport of all Building Systems and Energy Distribution to insure safe and reliable day to day operation of the Company Processes. You will work throughout the facilities completing various repairs and new construction. You will also take part in other general maintenance assignments and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
Maintains the following processes: plumbing, electrical, lighting, office equipment, tool machinery, snow removal equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems and Tow Motors.
Monthly duties and assignments according to the Equipment Maintenance Aspect List and logging work completed and repairs performed.
Day to day as directed by the Supervisor respond to the request received from the Cleveland Facility Request e-mail mailbox and complete in a timely manner.
Interaction with all levels of management, problem solver, suggests and executes solutions; cooperate with all employees in a team oriented environment.
Qualifications:
5 years related field experience, or completion of trade school, or a combination of experience in tow of the following trades: Electrical (480Volt3phase), Plumbing, Hydraulics, Tow Motors, and Machine repair
Computer knowledge of Excel and Word
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have the dexterity to operate a variety of tools and equipment
Must be able to climb 20 ft. ladders; work off platforms at various heights
Must be able to operate snow blowers during winter snow removal
Agility to move into and out of Confined Space Limitation
Self motivated - minimal supervision
