Maintenance Material Coordinator

Where will you work: - Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada

About the role

The Maintenance Material Coordinator is responsible for ordering, sourcing, verifying and expediting all maintenance materials needed for planned work orders. This position is responsible for managing kitting resources and reporting when work order is ready for scheduling.

What will you do?

• Communicate daily with area personnel who will prioritize and delegate work to the team
• Monitor procurement reports to ensure anticipated deliveries, satisfy requests and expedite as needed
• Supervise, training, coach, and develop personnel assigned to manage kitting/staging activities and ensure compliance with EHSS policies and practices. Monitor work order feedback for opportunities to improve processes
• Communicate daily with the Kitting Team to ensure the highest level of customer service to area personnel who prioritize and delegate work execution.
• Review planned work orders, verify material availability, determine proper sourcing and ordering materials. Work closely with other departments/personnel to resolve issues relating to material substitutions or availability. Provide feedback to improve or correct records.

What do you need for this role?

• High School/GED required. Associate's degree preferred, major in Technology Education.
• 3+ years of Plant Maintenance experience required.
• Phosphates Industry knowledge.
• Maximo experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
