Title:

Maintenance Manager(HDPE)

KBR is looking for -Maintenance, Superintendent (Saudi Nationals only)

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities of the HDPE Plant in accordance with Company standards.
  • Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at the HDPE Plant.
  • Provide required support to Planning and Scheduling Supervisor.
  • Support Company Reliability Department for bad actor analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance reports and present updates during maintenance meetings.
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance activities and ensure plant equipment availability and reliability.
  • Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for HDPE process equipment.
  • Review and enhance personnel competency through job-specific training in coordination with Head of HR.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all HSE requirements during maintenance execution.
  • Support maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls to achieve safe and timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – High School.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Diploma.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance – Bachelor Degree.
  • Saudi National.
  • Experience in HDPE, Polyolefins, or Polymer manufacturing plants is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance contract management, safety regulations, and refinery/petrochemical maintenance standards.
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
  • Strategic thinking and openness to new ideas.
  • Ability to achieve business results while working in a multicultural environment.
