Sanctuary at Trinity Tower offers affordable independent living apartments for self-reliant, low income residents under the HUD Section 8 program. TSLC operates 39 communities in nine states with annual revenues of 192M. The primary purpose of the Maintenance Manager is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our community, and as may be directed by the Housing Administrator, to assure our community is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
