
The Resource Solutions Maintenance Manager supports the evaluation, selection, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment, including Rolling Stock, installed and used in daily operations; provides leadership; and ensures the timely installation and upkeep of the company’s property and systems to establish operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 3 years of responsible leadership experience in a management or supervisory position, 3-5 years of experience in an operational environment, and be legally eligible to work in the US. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel quarterly are needed.
Good analytical reasoning and justification skills, and a strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems are necessary.
