Job Description

  • Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of maintenance within the facility.
  • Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, new installations, equipment repair, etc.
  • Manage maintenance team providing support and leadership in their everyday work assignments.
  • Provide training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their personal performance and growth.
  • All other relevant duties to the job.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Maintenance related degree, technical training or a related certificate preferred.
  • 6+ years supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

Physical Requirements

  • Utilization of office equipment and/or computers.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk throughout shift.
  • Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
  • Exposure to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
  • Exposure to wet and cold environments.
  • Lift 25+ lbs. regularly.
  • Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
