Job Description

We are currently looking for

Maintenance Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the operation and maintenance of all machines and equipment in accordance with internal and external guidelines
  • Take responsibility for the execution and documentation of maintenance and repair processes, as well as for the implementation and continuous operation of the TPM system
  • Plan preventive maintenance activities (PVI), including maintaining established and improved quality standards and controlling part and index numbers
  • Manage crisis situations and handle shortages of critical spare parts and machinery
  • Monitor and control the technical condition of all production machines and implement the CCPS process within the area of responsibility
  • Manage the work and discipline of a team of maintenance specialists and technicians, while supporting and developing their professional skills and competencies

Our requirements:

  • Professional experience or higher education in the field of economics or engineering, or additional relevant professional qualifications (or related fields)
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing company (experience in the automotive sector is an advantage)
  • 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in an international environment
  • Several years of experience in managing teams (e.g. as a department manager)
  • Practical knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, and industrial automation
  • Advanced skills in using the MS Office
  • Polish language at C1–C2 level (native or fluent)
  • English language at B1–B2 level
  • Independence, responsibility, and the ability to make decisions
  • Disciplinary and functional reporting line: Plant Director
