Location: Hybrid Working, 3 office/site days a week
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday. There will be a standby requirement
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager (ICA) to join the Asset Maintenance team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Instrumentation, Control and Automation Technicians that deliver planned and reactive maintenance and repair of ICA assets across both the Clean and Waste Water asset base.
You will provide assurance that the work carried out meets with any regulatory compliance obligations and is completed in accordance with the relevant SHEQ policies to deliver operational efficiency.
The role will involve internal and external key stakeholder liaison, supporting departments to prevent asset failure, and resolution of clean and wastewater asset risks/failures to ensure our regulatory targets and key business objectives are achieved.

We embrace a flexible working model, where our hybrid setup typically requires an average of 3 days in the office/site per week. This could be slightly more when collaborative efforts, training or meeting deadlines demand it. For those who prefer to work on-site, our office is open Monday-Friday during working hours.
