Position Purpose The role is to oversee and maintain all building operating systems, manage vendor contracts and monitor performance standards, as well as perform maintenance tasks to ensure property is properly maintained. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety and security of the residents, guests and staff and to protect and maintain the physical assets of the property. This person is expected to function in a management position with the authority to set procedures within the department, develop and maintain maintenance schedules. The Facility Engineer works under the direct supervision of the on-site manager, and the general direction of the Property Manager and the HOA Board.

• Experience working in luxury condominiums, high-rise residential communities, hotels, or resort-style properties.
• HVAC Certification, CAMT, CPO, or other maintenance-related certifications.
• Experience with access control systems, life safety systems, and building automation systems.
