You’ll be accountable for the full delivery of Maintenance Operations across our Avonmouth and Magor Distribution Centres, leading a team of around 10-20 multi‑skilled technicians covering a variety of different specialisms.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Property, DC Management, and our external partners, you’ll make sure our site is safe, compliant, and performing at its best.
Maintenance Pathway — driving your team through the Maintenance Pathway to required business levels.
Brand Standards — ensuring uniform, service, and work quality reflect the Tesco brand.
Compliance — meeting and exceeding all legal, statutory, and Tesco compliance standards.
Escalation Management — ensuring issues are escalated and resolved effectively.

DCM Engagement — attending DCM meetings and working closely with DC leadership day‑to‑day.

Site Standards — delivering consistently high maintenance and safety standards across the DC.
A technical qualification in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Building Services (preferred).
Proven success in people leadership and team development.
Experience managing remote facilities or large‑scale maintenance operations
Technical Maintenance Experience in a similar environment.
