PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the daily execution of maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance team members through effective training, scheduling, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and operational issues while ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Partner with production, engineering, and other departments to prioritize maintenance activities and support operational objectives.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, contractors, and capital improvement projects, while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, a related technical field, or a combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing equipment, process, and facility reliability solutions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading maintenance teams and driving operational results.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills.
  • Experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements within a manufacturing environment.

TRAVEL:

  • Up to 10% travel as business needs require.
