TPI Composites is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the overall maintenance function of our manufacturing facility, located in Newton, IA. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of plant equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance teams, oversee budgets and capital projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner closely with operations to maximize up time, improve efficiency, and support production goals. We are looking for a strong leader who combines technical expertise, people development, and strategic thinking to build a high-performing maintenance organization.
