Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Diesen Bereich gestaltest du mit:

• Führung der Abteilung
• Kapazitätsplanung und Efficiencyverantwortung der Abteilung
• Erstellung von Wartungsplänen, Durchführung sowie lfd. Adaptierung
• Festlegung der Ersatzteile auf Basis von Vorgaben und Erfahrung
• Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Moderation/Einberufung/Mitarbeit bei Arbeitsgruppen/Kaizen Teams
• Schwachstellenanalyse mittels Pareto Prinzip laut Aufzeichnung und Einleitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Durchführung/Kontrolle)
• Einarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Zielvorgaben
• MTTR & MTBF Reporting sowie Analyse der Störgründe mittels Pareto Prinzip und Abarbeitung
• Erstellen und warten des Kompetenzmodells für den Bereich

Das bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossener technischer Ausbildung z. B. Elektroniker, Industrieelektriker, Mechaniker, Metallbauer in Verbindung mit einer Weiter­bildung zum Meister / Techniker (je m/w/d)
• Alternativ technischem Studium, z. B. Wirtschafts­ingenieurwesen, Logistik, Supply Chain Manage­ment, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
• Einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich automatisierter Anlagen und Maschinen
• Erfahrung in der Budgetplanung und Kostenentwicklung
• Nachweisbarer Führungserfahrung, sowie ausgeprägter sozialer Kompetenz und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohem Maß an Loyalität sowie Eigenverantwortung
