Job Description

• Receive company EHS-related training; Receive EHS training from government departments and groups, and record and file.
• Strictly comply with factory safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and security regulations; Comply with the company's Employee Code of Conduct.
• If safety and environmental accidents occur within the factory, such as injuries, chemical leaks, chemical reactions, fires, etc., this position must organize personnel for on-site emergency response according to the emergency plan.
• Formulate procedures for emergency repairs, implement responsibilities and systems, and guide, organize, and supervise on-site emergency repair work.
• Maintenance Department: Division of responsibilities among mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation professionals, along with professional guidance and EHS management.
• Formulate maintenance plans for equipment and facilities, and organize their implementation and supervision.
• During routine inspections, when equipment or facility issues are found, guide relevant personnel to handle them promptly and resolve them fundamentally.
• For equipment and facility failures or hidden dangers, organize relevant personnel to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead engineering renovation and technical transformation projects within the factory to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality completion and delivery. Compliance management of relevant laws, regulations, and regulations ensures that maintenance systems pass government departments or group audits and inspections.
• Maintenance work and EHS management related to engineering projects to ensure the safe execution and delivery of related work.
• Comprehensive management of maintenance and engineering contractors to ensure contractor EHS performance meets standards.
• The Maintenance Department actively responds to the needs of other departments, maintaining polite, effective, and honest communication

• 工厂内发生安环事故事件，如 人员受伤、化学品泄漏、化学品反应、火灾等， 本岗位需要按照应急预案组织人员现场应急。
• 制订紧急维修相关程序，落实相关责任和制度，指导、组织、监管现场紧急维修工作。
• 维修部门 机、电、仪各专业人员职责分工、并给予专业指导和EHS 相关管理。
• 制订设备设施维护保养计划，并组织实施和监管。
• 日常巡检，发现设备设施问题时指导相关人员及时处理，并从根本上解决。
• 对于设备设施故障或隐患，组织相关人员进行根本原因分析，落实纠正预防措施。
• 主持工厂内的工程改造项目和技改项目，确保项目安全、及时、质量的完成并交付。
• 工程相关的法律法规、规定的符合性管理，确保维保体系通过政府部门或集团的审核和检查。
• 维修工作、工程项目相关EHS 管理，确保相关工作安全的进行和交付。
• 维保和工程承包商全面管理，确保承包商EHS 表现达标。
• 领导维修部积极响应其他部门的相关需求，保持礼貌、有效和诚实的沟通。
