We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing team at Tetla Plant, Tlaxcala This position will be responsible for leading the plant's comprehensive maintenance strategy, ensuring the reliability, availability and efficiency of production equipment and auxiliary facilities through effective management of human, technical and financial resources. He will also be responsible for promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement and operational excellence aligned with Prysmian's global standards.
The ideal candidate should have experience in leading industrial maintenance teams, asset management, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and project management, with a focus on results, safety, and cost optimization.
