We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to sit within the European Maintenance Team, based in our Stockholm office. You will be reporting to the EU Maintenance Manager, working closely with internal departments including Store Operations, Facilities, and Office teams, as well as external suppliers and vendors at both a local and European level. You will take ownership of all store and office locations across Sweden and Denmark, ensuring maintenance standards are delivered consistently across the market. As this role requires collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish, Danish, and English are essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being out in stores, solving problems quickly, and making a real impact on the daily experience of our teams and customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, performance, and operational excellence of our stores and offices, directly supporting the European Maintenance Manager and the COO for the region. Together, you’ll help deliver high service standards and timely maintenance interventions, always with the mission of supporting our store teams and creating an exceptional environment for both customers and employees.
