About the Position

In the role of Maintenance Manager, you will lead and develop our maintenance function, ensuring high reliability and performance of equipment and facilities across production and supporting utilities.
You will be responsible for both daily operations and long-term maintenance strategy, working closely with Production, QA, EHS, and Process Support in a dynamic and evolving environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing operational execution with continuous improvement and development of processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and develop the maintenance team, including planning, prioritization, and follow-up

· Ensure high uptime and reliability of production equipment and utilities

· Drive preventive maintenance programs

· Support production with troubleshooting

· Ensure compliance within safety and quality

· Manage external suppliers, contractors, and service agreements

· Take part in future technical related projects

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance and technical operations

We Imagine That You

· Have a technical background, such as Bachelor in Technology Management and Marine Engineering

· Have solid experience within maintenance in a production environment (preferably pharma, biotech, or food industry)

· Have leadership experience or strong potential and motivation to take on a leadership role

· Work in a structured and solution-oriented way with a strong sense of accountability

· Can balance pragmatic solutions with quality and compliance requirements

· Thrive in a cross-functional environment and communicate well with different stakeholders

· Speak and write Danish and English
