ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Facility and Maintenance Manager for a well-established retail operation in Grand Cayman. This is a technical leadership role for someone with deep expertise in commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, who is equally comfortable working on the tools
and managing a growing team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Oversee and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, HVAC, and all store equipment across the facility
• Carry out hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance with a focus on refrigeration rack systems
• Manage facility operations including electrical systems, kitchen equipment, and material handling machinery
• Implement and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program to minimise downtime
• Utilise maintenance management software and reporting tools to track activity and performance
• Build, develop, and supervise a maintenance team as the business continues to grow
WHAT YOU BRING
• Proven hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration rack systems and HVAC, this is a firm requirement
• Strong technical and mechanical background across a broad range of facility and store equipment
• Computer literate with experience using maintenance management systems
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently
• Leadership capability with experience building and managing a team
WHAT'S OFFERED
• Salary of USD $45,000 - $55,000 per year
