Maintenance Manager
Location: Field Based role working on sites across the South East area including parts of Kent, Essex and London.
Salary: £53622 per annum & company car.
Contract: Permanent - Full Time role
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5:30pm (flexible approach required to suit position)

As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll ensure a portfolio of our care homes remain functional at all times, working with our on-site maintenance teams to ensure our residents have a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Friendly and approachable, you’ll have a good understanding of building services including, heating, hot and cold-water distribution, ventilation, electrical distribution, and plumbing. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards and have knowledge of relevant statutory requirements and compliance. You can work flexibly to meet demands and you’re always happy to help the wider team. You’ll enjoy working with others and building relationships with our residents.
