For our Royal Canin business unit and reporting to our plant's Technical Manager, the Maintenance Manager will manage efforts of reliability and maintenance planning to maximize resources allocation, lead maintenance activities carried out by associates and contractors and co-lead MSE MP pillar, driving it timely according to site masterplan while improving maintenance performance.
Line manager of 13 maintenance technicians, 3 utilities operators, 1 planner, 1 stockman and 1 intern.
Lead major maintenance activities carried out by contractors, assuring assertive execution.
Lead emergency interventions, ensuring proper preparation and communication with key stakeholders. First maintenance contact at factory help chain.
Utilities management and leadership of related SiG initiatives.
Plan & control maintenance budget.
Ensure compliance with change management protocol for improvements done by maintenance.
Coordinate actions between of all maintenance workstreams.
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Process, Electrical, among others), or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Maintenance positions, with a proven track record in a factory setting, as well as leading technicals teams.
Advanced English is required, will be used for constant reporting to global positions. This will be tested during the process.
