What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven, energetic, and outgoing Maintenance Manager to lead preventative and daily maintenance across our facility. This role is perfect for a hands-on problem solver with prior management experience who enjoys keeping equipment running at peak performance.

• Schedule: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed)

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Lead the Preventive Maintenance program for all manufacturing equipment, including cranes, forklifts, paint lines, air compressors, and packaging equipment
• Manage calibration, lockout/tagout procedures, equipment manuals, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and equipment manufacturers
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, performing both small and large repairs
• Test equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Adjust and calibrate sensors and controls for peak efficiency
• Serve on the Safety Committee and adhere to all safety protocols
• Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

What We’re Looking For in You

• Experience:
  • 1–3 years of management experience
  • 3–5 years of preventative maintenance experience
• Knowledge of metalworking industry equipment and processes
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or remain in one position for extended periods
• Ability to work in hot or cold conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
