As a Maintenance Manager at Hunkemöller,youareresponsibleformanagingbothdailyandlargescalemaintenanceactivitiesYoutranslateglobal Hunkemöllerstandardsintohighquality,sustainable, andcostefficientprojectsandsolutions

Withmorethan700storesinyourscope,nodaywillbethesame.

Youwillworkcloselytogether withinternalteams(Real Estate, Construction, Health &Safety, andyourMaintenancecolleagues) and withexternalpartners(contractors,projectmanagers,installers, andlandlords)toensureeachstoremeetsHunkemöller’squalityandbrandstandards

Youwill supportstorehandoversandthelogisticsoffurnitureduringrenovations

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead andcoordinatedailyandlongtermmaintenanceandrenovationprojectsforHunkemöllerstoresacrossEurope.

  • ManagetheMaintenanceteamsacrosstheBeNeFruxregion, Spain,theNordics, and DACH.

  • Monitorplanning,budgeting, andexecutioninlinewithHunkemöller’sglobalstrategyandguidelines

  • Directexternalpartners,ensuringsafety,quality, andtimelydelivery

  • Negotiate, manage, andevaluatecontractswith(technical) suppliers, likeHVAC companies,maintenance,inspections,painting, etc,includingtenders

  • Maintainclosecollaborationwithlocalauthoritiesandensurecompliancewithregionalregulations

  • Ensurestoresremaintechnicallyoperational —asexpectedbyourcustomers

  • ContributetoHunkemöller’ssustainabilitygoals(energyefficiency, materialreuse,sustainablesolutions).

  • Reportprogress,risks, andcoststokeystakeholders

YourProfile

Education & Experience

  • BachelororVocational degreein Construction, Engineering, Facility Management,orarelatedfield

  • 3 -10yearsofexperienceinmaintenance,engineering,orfacilitymanagement,preferablyin aretailenvironment

  • Experience in internationalormultisiteenvironments

  • KnowledgeoflocalbuildingregulationsandtechnicalstandardswithintheBeNeLux

Skills &Competencies

  • Strongexperiencewithbudgeting,planning, andstakeholdermanagement

  • Excellentcommunicationskillsabletoconnectteamsanddriveresults

  • FluentinDutchand English (Germanisa plus),bothverbal and in writing

  • Understandingofconstructionandmaintenancecosts
