Job Description

#jobalert | DIRECT HIRE | MAINTENANCE MANAGER | MANUFACTURING [Sycamore, IL area]

Lead maintenance operations for a large industrial equipment manufacturer, ensuring manufacturing facility reliability and safety.

  • Anticipate $100K-$135K (+/-), based on experience
  • Full suite of benefits; Health, 401K+match, PTO, Holiday, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance team across shifts, overseeing repairs and training.
  • Implement preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM programs.
  • Use CMMS for work orders and inventory management.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and coordinate vendors.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years industrial maintenance management; supervisory experience.
  • Mechanical/electrical expertise; CMMS proficiency.
  • Class K certification (or ability to earn)
  • Heavy manufacturing experience ideal.
