Salary Range $17.35-$20.40 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)

Key Role Responsibilities

Complete Make-Ready apartment maintenance in an accurate and timely manner
Complete assigned work orders in compliance with company standard
Assist with building and common area maintenance
Participate in Preventive Maintenance Program and assist with organizing and tracking of property equipment

Our Ideal Candidate

1 year of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)
Ability to use tools necessary to prepare units for occupancy per company standards
Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
Prior knowledge of various building codes
Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
