Maintenance - Maintenance Utility

Areas of Responsibility:
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training.
• Have a basic understanding of building and Life Safety codes and regulations.
• Perform guestroom repairs (caulking, basic plumbing, tile repair, etc).
• Clean and maintain the public and back of house spaces and shop.
• Assist with parts inventory and control.
• Perform pool water quality testing and maintain records.
• Perform mechanical rounds as required and maintain records.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance duties as assigned.
• Able to safely shut down and isolate equipment.
• Clean boiler and mechanical rooms.
• Maintain confidentially of property information, and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in hot and humid environments.
• Stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Ability to lift, bend, twist and pull up to 50lbs.
