Greencroft Goshen is hiring a Maintenance Line I - Seasonal Summer Help to help keep our campus buildings and apartments in great condition. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, fixing things, and staying active.
What You'll Do
Complete general maintenance repairs and work orders
Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations (demo, drywall, trim, carpentry)
Help residents with move-ins and move-outs
Assist with event set-up and tear-down
Transport supplies across campus using golf carts
Support other maintenance projects as needed
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Basic carpentry and repair skills
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems helpful
Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs occasionally
Reliable and able to work independently

Greencroft Communities serves as the umbrella organization for affiliated and managed communities. Each affiliated community is a not-for-profit entity, with its own board of directors appointed by the Greencroft Communities Board of Directors. Occasionally a management partnership may be formed with a local for-profit owner.
Approximately 2,000 people live in Greencroft-related communities, served by 1,100 team members, in northern Indiana, north-central Ohio and central Michigan. People from at least 20 faith traditions make up the resident populations.
