What you will be doing and delivering

We are looking for a hands-on and mechanically minded Maintenance Leading Hand to join our Maintenance team in Tatura. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong understanding of equipment and infrastructure maintenance. You’ll be instrumental in leading and supporting daily maintenance activities, supervising contractors, and contributing to the successful delivery of new projects—all while promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

What you will bring to the role:

• The ability to participate in an on-call roster
• Hold a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
• Have a current Driver’s Licence
• Possess knowledge in basic electrical work, welding (Mig and Arc)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Are confident using computers and maintenance systems
• Can work safely in physically demanding environments
