Maintenance Leader – Corrugated Box Facility

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to ensure all production equipment and lines operate at peak efficiency in our corrugated box facility. You’ll mentor and guide the maintenance team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with operations to uphold production standards and safety best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive Plant Safety Maintenance program in line with industry best practices.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate the maintenance team to achieve top-tier operational performance.
• Oversee inspections, repairs, and preventive-maintenance activities; direct planned shutdowns and start-ups.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and operational objectives; identify and implement performance-enhancement opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with labor-union representatives to negotiate agreements that support both employee and company goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no current or future sponsorship required).
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a corrugated-box production environment.
• Hands-on expertise with corrugator machinery (e.g., BHS Corrugator, Flexo folders, E-vols).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical diploma/associate degree.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
